Mix ingredients of phase A with moderate propeller agitation while heating to 70°C. Keep mixing until uniform. Add phase B to phase A and mix until uniform. Heat deionized water of phase C to 65-70°C and dissolve the Quatrisoft Polymer LM-200. Slowly add the Tauranol I-78 once the Quatrisoft Polymer LM-200 has completely dissolved. Slowly add phase C to phase AB. Mix until uniform. Cool to 50°C. Add phase D in the order listed to Phase ABC with moderate propeller agitation. Cool mixture to room temperature.
